Cameron Funk

Cameron founded InCharge Energy with over 32 years of experience in Energy Efficiency, EV Charging Infrastructure development and EV Solutions for OEM Auto Makers across the US, Canada, Latin America and Europe. Previously, Cameron was CEO of innogy e-Mobility US, a division of the German energy company Innogy SE. There, he participated in acquiring the leading U.S. electric vehicle fast charging hardware company and a customer-facing software application with over 700,000 regular users.

Cameron previously owned an EV and Electrical Services Company that was acquired by The LINC Group and then acquired by ABM in 2010. He was responsible for establishing the EV Charging business at ABM Delivering Global Infrastructure Services at scale.

Vikas Anand

Vikas is the principal at Anand Investments, a firm focused on acquisition and sales, property development and local authority consulting. 

Nicholas Chia

Nico Chia is a venture capital attorney and startup consultant. Mr. Chia has helped raise over $700 million in funding for over 100 startups (including U.S. and international companies). Further, Mr. Chia has experience managing startup accelerator programs and is currently an advisor to various venture capital firms. 

David Mbelepe

David is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial markets, having worked for top-tier firms in Paris and New York interacting with C-suite and other senior level management.

He co-funded an independent financial market consulting firm which he later sold, advising public energy companies in Africa. Additionally, David has invested in real estate in various markets and assets, primarily in Europe and Africa and has extensive experience in raising funds. He holds an MBA from the Essec Business School in France.
